TCAP – One Dog & A Blog

TCAP (The Cummins Accountability Project) began in a small room with a big problem: a global company getting away with too much, for too long. I’m Lee Thompson, a former low level employee, dismissed under the shadow of disability discrimination and a corporate cover-up overseen by senior figures.

Alongside Oscar, the dog who’s seen it all — grievances, falsified legal submissions, lying witnesses, and the passive aggressive HR posturing that brought torment and anguish during a mental health crisis — we started this site not just to fight back, but to shine a light on what Cummins kept quiet. And there’s a lot Cummins wants to keep quiet.

TCAP.blog is part investigation, part testimony, part protest, and not least, part poetic middle finger.

We’re not lawyers. We’re not influencers. We’re just one dog and a blog, and we’re not done.
