Employment Judge James coverage: the judge who heard the Cepac and Page strike-out applications on 24 April 2026. Disabled claimant Lee Thompson did not attend on stated safety grounds. Judge James struck out the disability-discrimination claim before trial and ordered Thompson to pay Cepac £20,000 in costs. The judgment folded Peter Grey’s reported fear, criticism of Wendy Miller KC, tribunal correspondence and TCAP publishing into the conduct case. The alleged recruitment discrimination never reached a merits hearing. The claimant got a public character autopsy, a dead claim and a twenty-grand fucking invoice.
